How do I pay my bill?

We provide convenient ways to pay your bill:

  • Phone: Call 1-855-366-5185 to pay by credit card, checking or savings account
  • Mail: Detach the bottom portion of your invoice and send with payment to the address shown. Please allow a minimum of five (5) business days for your payment to post to your account.
  • Online

To pay your bill online:

  1. Sign in to your My Services account.
  2. On the My Services home page, click Manage My Bill Online.
  3. In the left navigation menu, click Pay Bill.
  4. Select Payment Method:
    • One Time Payment option using a credit card, debit or checking/savings account
    • Recurring Payment option — your statement is automatically paid from your credit card, debit or checking/savings account

What is My Services?

My Services is an online account that’s included as part of your Spectrum Business package. It gives access to tools to manage your services. Simple to activate, easy to use and free, it offers the ultimate convenience, allowing you to take care of your account yourself, when it works with your schedule.

There are tools to manage your Business Voice and Business Internet services. The tools accessible to you will depend on the services you currently have. You can also manage your account and billing, view your current activity and previous bill statements, change your statement delivery, pay your bill online and set up paperless billing and recurring payments. You can also change or edit your account information as well as sign up for our Referral Incentive Program.

How do I activate My Services?

Go to My Services. On the Sign In/Register page, click Register Now and follow the prompts. You’ll need your Bright House account number and a few minutes to spare. Remember to note the username and password you created. You’ll need them each time you log in to My Services.

What Business Voice management tools does My Services offer?

You can review the incoming and outgoing call history to your business phone lines; listen to, save and delete your Voice Mail messages; adjust phone settings, set up Call Forwarding to your mobile phone or alternate landline; and send or receive texts from your Spectrum Business phone number.

What Business Internet management tools does My Services offer?

My Services gives you easy access to your Web mail, and you can manage your Remote Data Backup services.

What are the incoming and outgoing email server addresses?

Incoming Mail Server

  • Host Name or incoming mail server
    • For IMAP: mail.brighthouse.com
    • For POP3: mail.brighthouse.com
  • User Name: Your Email address
  • Password: Your Email password

Outgoing Mail Server

  • SMTP: mail.brighthouse.com
  • Outgoing Server Port
    • For IMAP: 587
    • For POP3: 587
